Packaging
All products are shipped discreetly in a plain white envelope for your privacy and discretion.

We will pack the capsules in secure, hygienic packaging in complete conformity with golden root complex reccomendations to keep the product safe and secure for our customers. We do this to keep the size of the packaging down to save on postage costs so we can keep our pricing competitive and pass on any savings we make to you our customers. For Europe and the rest of the world we have to mention "containing herbal products" as it is a requirement of customs in most countries.

Shipping / Postage
All orders are processed within 24 hours. We post all orders by first class Royal Mail free of charge to all UK mainland addresses. We post to any destination in the world. There are handling or shipping charges for orders to any country outside the United Kingdom Mainland. (Please see orders page for costing) Once the order of Golden Root Complex is placed, please allow up to 5 working days for the product to arrive (UK mainland). Occasionally other countries customs departments may wish to test the product for quality. In such cases, please allow additional time for delays; this only applies to countries outside Europe and UK. Payment / Processing
We do not store any credit card information. All payments are processed securely through our online retailer PayPal; this is for our customer’s security so you can feel safe and secure that your details are dealt with in a professional and secure manner. We do not charge our customers any amount for payment processing: all the charges are paid by Innovations 24/7 again to save money for our customers of Golden Root Complex. We accept all major credit cards and of course PayPal account payments and if you prefer you can send us a cheque to our PO Box address. We do advise that payments made by cheque will take longer to process as we need cleared funds before we ship out any packaging of Golden Root Complex.
