Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of cleared funds and posted via Royal Mail first class. Orders over a set price will come by recorded delivery although we do ask that you allow 10 working days for your delivery as we have no control over the Royal Mail services. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.
Once you place your order with us we will notify you by e-mail to confirm your payment has been received. We are not able to guarantee an exact time within a given day for delivery, so in the event that you require your package to be delivered to an alternative address to the one given please notify us when you place your order. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched. If for any reason Goldenrootcomplex is temporarily out of stock and despatch is anticipated to be greater than 11 days, Innovations24/7 will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.
If this is not satisfactory to you, we will offer you a full refund.
Money-back guarantee
Under our 10 day money back guarantee for Goldenrootcomplex, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Innovations 24/7 will give you a full refund provided that original packaging is intact, and all capsules are returned in perfect condition and undamaged, within 10 days of you having received them. Please note we do not carry costs for returns.
If goods are delivered damaged
Please examine the GoldenRoot capsules on delivery in case they are damaged. If you inform us within 3 days of delivery that the GoldenRoot Complex are delivered damaged, we will replace them once they have been returned or offer a full refund.
If you do not inform us within 3 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
